Copyright & DMCA
How to report copyrighted content accessed through this service, the statutory information required, our designated agent details, and what actions our team takes.
1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
DragoXStream Player respects the intellectual property rights of creators, rights holders, and publishers, and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and applicable international intellectual property laws, we respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. What We Can and Cannot Remove
Important Technical Clarification: DragoXStream Player hosts zero files. We do not store, archive, or host video or audio files on our servers. Our platform operates exclusively as a temporary streaming proxy and direct downloader interface for files already hosted on third-party cloud services (such as DiskWala, TeraBox, and their affiliates).
- Our Action: Upon receiving a compliant takedown notice, we will immediately disable, block, and remove the reported link from our resolver and proxy system, preventing it from being opened, streamed, or downloaded through our service.
- Upstream File Removal: Disabling a link through our player does not delete the file from the provider's third-party servers. To permanently remove the content from the web, a notice must also be served directly upon the cloud storage provider hosting the original file.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
Formal copyright infringement notices and DMCA communications should be directed to our designated agent:
- Designated Agent: Copyright & Legal Compliance Department
- Email for DMCA Notices: dmca@dragoplayer.in
- General Inquiries: support@dragoplayer.in
- Official Website: https://dragoplayer.in
4. Required Information for a Valid Notice
To ensure your request can be processed without delay, please provide a written communication containing all of the following six statutory elements:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact share link or URL as entered on our service.
- Contact Information: Sufficient contact details for the complaining party, including your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
5. Our Response Process & Timeline
Upon receipt of a notice that substantially complies with the requirements above:
- Review Timeframe: We review and acknowledge notices within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Expeditious Link Removal: Upon verification, the identified link is immediately blacklisted and prevented from opening or streaming on our platform.
- Confirmation: We send follow-up confirmation to the complaining party once remedial action is complete.
- Preventive Action: Preventive measures are implemented to mitigate repeat link submissions for the same content.
6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that a link you submitted was disabled or removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was disabled and the link location prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was disabled through error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (or the federal district court where you are located).
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
DragoXStream Player adheres to a strict repeat infringer policy. While our service does not require user registration or accounts, we maintain administrative records of reported links and reserve the right to block offending IP addresses and implement automated link filtering for sources associated with repeated infringement.
8. False Claims Warning
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Copyright Act and equivalent international legal provisions, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including legal fees and costs incurred by the alleged infringer or service provider. Ensure you hold or represent valid rights before submitting a claim.
